If necessary, to make a strong argument, the author could also resolve to draw comparisons within the argument. An argumentative form of paper requires conviction and the ability to sell your theories or beliefs. The paper must sound convincing – for this each claim should be backed by thoroughly researched facts and figures.

Expository Thesis
Like any other thesis paper, an expository thesis paper requires extensive research. The author is expected to explain the topic that is in discussion. The explanations need to be presented in an organised and systematic manner. It is very important to stay focussed on the topic and not get carried away by going in depth of its counter parts.
Persuasive Thesis
As the name suggests, this type of thesis writing requires a strong view point. In addition to this, the paper must hold solid proof that cannot be challenged. This is similar to an argumentative thesis paper – but focuses more on the topic and selling it, rather than draw out differences in comparison to its opposition.
Narrative Thesis
