Thesis – A Simple Guide to Write a Research Paper

Writing a thesis paper is not a simple task. Although it is possible to compose one, you cannot simply deny the fact that it takes a lot of effort to do it. Now, what is a thesis in the first place? A thesis paper, sometime also called as a research paper or a dissertation, is a set of documents that reflect the procedures and result of a research process. There are different informal ways to write a thesis but let me give you an idea on how to effectively and efficiently build your project.

  1. Start having a topic interest. Make sure that you are interested in the topic and that you think it is worth writing about.
  2. Construct your thesis statement. This is the single idea that you wish to assert to be true, proved to be valid and generalize it to solve a question.
  3. Write the introduction chapter with a little background about the study. Compress the major intentions of writing a thesis paper.
  4. The thesis structure always involve a literature review. Summarize another work related to your topic.
  5. The methodology chapter must reflect the procedures involved in data gathering and data analysis.
  6. Write the Data and Analysis chapter with accurate values.
  7. The results should be tallied and presented in the Results page.
  8. Lastly, summarize all your findings in the Conclusion. You also need to address the problem statement coming from the thesis statement.

    you’re absolutely right. It should go without saying that you mark all the citations according to the format you are to follow and add a list of the references used in the end of your research paper.
