Scientific Thesis

In the course of writing a research paper, one should be able to follow the correct steps in writing a thesis. This set of steps corresponds to what we call a scientific thesis. Just like when you are trying to solve a science problem, you need to conduct the appropriate scientific steps of action. So let us take a look at the procedures involved in writing a thesis in a scientific way.

A scientific thesis requires you to include several parts and chapters. You should be careful when applying the steps because the more you know about writing a thesis, the better are your chances of producing great results. In this aspect, you will have a credible and reliable thesis paper. So what are the basic parts of a scientific thesis paper?

Let us start with the cover page. This is the very first part of the thesis paper. It includes the title of the paper, the name of the author and the class details. You should include all of these info in a centered position. Then you can write the title of your work at the upper right hand corner of the cover page.

Abstract is the first chapter of the scientific thesis paper. Others call it the executive summary. An Abstract includes only about 300 to 500 words. It contains the overview of the entire thesis paper. Teachers recommend that students should write the chapter after the entire paper is complete.

The introduction chapter is the primary part of the thesis paper. It introduces the topic scope to the readers. The main purpose of the introduction is to acquaint the readers with the given topic of the research paper. It should also contain the problem statements as well as the thesis sentence.

Literature review is another part of the scientific thesis. It is a compendium of different research materials related to the thesis topic. It can accommodate as many other source of info as possible. The literature review serves as a proof that the topic of the paper is significant.

Methodology chapter involves presenting the methods used for the research. The methodology gives the readers an idea how data were gathered and what methods of analysis the writer used to produced results. The methodology also explains the overall steps in conducting research.

Data analysis and results is a chapter that will present the data after the analysis. The writer must ensure that the data in this chapter are all accurate and credible. That way, the conclusion will have better credibility values because the data analysis chapter has already signified data accuracy.

The last part of the scientific thesis is the conclusion. This is the final summary of the paper. The conclusion will give a resolution to the initial problem statement in the introduction part. It is important that the conclusion end the issue in the thesis. Otherwise, additional research may be necessary.
